Trac System

Trac is a web-based software project management and bug/issue reporting and tracking system emphasizing ease of use and low ceremony for software development projects. It has been set up for reporting and tracking of issues found during the various Testing Phases.

It allows customer and support personal to maintain and keep track the issue reported and allowed customer to review the issue status in any way at anytime. It provides a more efficient way in customer relationship management.
